Bases For Soft Drinks:

Soft drinks are the perfect way to introduce new and interesting tastes to our customers. Products comply with customer specifications such as percentage of fruit content, legislative and consumer demands. The bases include fruit, colors, flavors, stabilizers, and any additives required for the success of the product. The bases are concentrated and shipped frozen, aseptic or chemically preserved.

The type of each of the ingredients used is also specified by the customer and supplied accordingly.

Samples of the product are sent to the customer along with a specification sheet indicating the name of the product, list of ingredients in descending order, characteristics of the base, instructions/suggestions for preparation, characteristics of the final beverage and percentage of fruit content.

Bases can be concentrated to various dilution levels:

• Bases containing fruit particles - 1:10 and 1:12.5
• Bases with pureed fruit such as mango, strawberry-banana or plum - 1:15 or 1:14
• Fruit-based bases - 1:24, 1:40 and 1:50
